I was accepted into Show Me Short’s Screenwriting Lab in 2023. I wrote this script with the help of my mentor, poet Anne Kennedy, who also plays Grandma. I re-edited the film in early 2026 and I’m submitting it to film festivals as part of my anthology film, “Papercuts.”
